I love this fruit salad. It's sweet, flavorful and can be altered to feature all your favorite fruits. Here, I just used the fruits I had on hand. I love this salad in the summertime, though you can really make it all year around. This past weekend I made it with brunch, though I also enjoy it in the evening at dinner. This past weekend, I left it in this large bowl to serve, but it's really pretty served in a dessert coup at each place setting. Here's the easy recipe...

INGREDIENTS
Orange Juice
Honey
Ground Coriander Seed
Fruit:
Bananas, Blueberries, Kiwi, Clementines, Grapes, Strawberries

DIRECTIONS
Cut fruit into bite sized pieces, adding them to a bowl. Mix together. Add a splash of orange juice to the bowl and mix. Then add a drizzle of honey to the top of the fruit, following with a sprinkle of ground coriander seed to taste. Mix once more.
*If you're adding banana to your fruit salad, wait and add it last - just a few minutes prior to serving.
This fruit salad has been a favorite of mine for decades. Meriwether had it for the first time this past weekend and it was a complete hit! If you end up making it, let me know what you think. I love hearing from you!
