Summer Dresses
This week it's been hot ― we're actually under a heat advisory here in Nashville! I'm thanking myself because I snagged a few staple dresses the other week that are perfect for this scorching weather. I wanted to highlight the ones I got in and love, as well as some other favorites I've sourced lately!
I got these two linen dresses (here and here) ― I love that they're classic options I can wear for at least a few years and the price point is great! I've been wearing them around town with my tried and true black rubber flip flops. Both dresses have an easy, flattering fit...I went true to size with a medium. They're also great for nursing as they untie/adjust at the chest!
For a fun summer season option, I snagged this easy shell dress, also in a medium. I love the print and that it features a button down. I'm excited to pair it with some comfortable black sandals, my black flip flops or natural raffia slides for a quick throw & go chic pairing.
Today is actually my birthday, and I'm excited to wear my newest dress from Loeffler Randall out to dinner with a close friend (paired here with my pearl drop earrings and staple bracelet watch). We're going to a French cafe on the east side of town ― I can't wait to sit and eat and chat for hours! I've been in need of a nice outing since Madeline was born, so it's ideal timing. The perfect birthday gift!
